Eingebettet in ein privates Familienanwesen, bietet die Villa Sablons einen erholsamen Rückzugsort.
Das Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom türkis-blauen Meer entfernt, in der Nähe des renommierten Royal Palm Hotels und nur wenige Gehminuten zu Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt.
Diese Doppelhaushälfte hat einen eigenen Garten, mit einem atemberaubenden Panorama.
Im Erdgeschoss erwarten Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Gäste-WC und ein geräumiges, modernes Wohnzimmer.
Öffnen Sie die großen Schiebetüren und lassen Sie die Meeresluft herein. Entspannen Sie sich in der bequem eingerichteten Sitzecke oder genießen Sie ihr frischgegrilltes Essen auf der überdachten Veranda mit einem Meerblick, der seinesgleichen sucht.
Im ersten Stock befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
Zwei der Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Balkon und einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ozean.
Der tropische Garten und das Meer vor dem Haus laden zum Ausruhen, Lesen und Träumen ein.
Auch wenn sich vor dem Strand die typischen schwarzen Lavasteine befinden, sind tolle Schnorchel- und Schwimmmöglichkeiten nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein paar Meter weiter bietet ein kleiner Sandstrand sein Ufer für das ultimative Bad im kristallklaren Meer.

- Der Zugang zum Meer ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt – bei Flut können Sie direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser.

We stayed at Sablons2 Villa in Dec2024 and was a perfect location for our holiday. Quiet and access to the beach and swimming just steps away made it very easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean right infront. Good accommodation and close to all amenities. 6) If we try really hard to find fault, the only thing we probably wanted to have in the kitchen is a juicer. But its’ absence obviously didn’t make our stay worse!

We had a truly wonderful time at Villa Salbons and spent a total of two unforgettable months there as a family. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the fantastic location to the spacious size of the house. The villa was extremely clean, well maintained, and offered everything we could possibly need for a comfortable long-term stay. The direct access to the sea was a real highlight, and the beautiful little bay right next door made our stay even more special. We felt at home from the very first day and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay. Five stars without hesitation!
